Q. I'm not getting married until next year, if I sign up now, how long does my personal web site last for? |
|
A. If you convert your free registration into an active gallery, the gallery is live from the date of purchase until one year after the date of your wedding. After which, you can pay a small fee to continue the service, or alternatively request we close the account. |

Q. If I close my account, what happens to all the images? |
|
A. A CD or DVD will be sent you you of all the images uploaded of your wedding. We will store the uploaded images for a further year - just in case you change your mind. After which they will be deleted from our servers. You can however pay a small fee and have your favourite images transferred to DVD, playable as a movie slideshow on a standard DVD player or PC. The DVD also contains the images as JPEG files in case you want copies as prints. This service can be ordered at any time after your wedding. |

Q. What happens if I change the date of my wedding? |
|
A. No problems! Just use the contact form to inform us of the change of date and we will amend your registration details. |

Q. Can we upload the official photos of our wedding to our space on your site? |
|
A. That all depends on the photographer. You may find they wish to maintain some form of control on the use of the images they have taken. They can always watermark their images prior to upload, so that if guests wish to purchase prints, they can view the pictures online, but place an order direct with the official wedding photographer. |
